Jersey Shore Cremation Service has been serving Manasquan area families for years. We are honored to be a part of the rich history of this community and plan to be a part of it for many years to come.

Jersey Shore Cremation is a family owned and operated business, established in 2009 by Owner and Manager David J. Vasilenko. David has been serving the shore communities for more than 40 years as a licensed funeral director. Dave founded Jersey Shore Cremation with the mission to specialize in simple, yet dignified cremations at an affordable price.

Dave’s son, Zachary B. Vasilenko, has since joined the team as a licensed director in the family business.

 

 

Cremation Services

Our Cremation Services Include:

  • Funeral arrangements that can be made in our Arrangement Office, the comfort of your home, a mutual meeting location or in some cases via telephone.


Professional services by funeral director and staff includes:

  • Transfer from the place of death within the state of New Jersey to the Funeral Home.
  • Transportation of the deceased by a NJ Licensed Funeral Director from the Funeral Home to the crematory.
  • An alternative container (required by the crematory) for transfer to the crematory.
  • Filing for permits and obtaining death certificates.
  • Processing, handling and providing a temporary receptacle for the cremated remains.
  • Notifying you as to the method of receiving your cremated remains, either pick-up or delivering to your home or office. Cremated remains can also be mailed to you.
  • Notification to Social Security and the Veterans Administration.
  • Cost of cremation. Please call for affordable pricing.

Additional Services
We can arrange a memorial service or mass, private family viewing, and internment or scattering of remains. Please refer to our general price list for additional services.
