November 22, 1935 — January 28, 2024

Yvette Marlene Beron, born Yvette Marlene Labes on November 22, 1935 in Brooklyn, NY, peacefully passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 89, in Tinton Falls, NJ. Yvette was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Yvette had a vibrant and active life. She was the president of the PTA at School 21 in Colonia and received awards for her exceptional skills in selling real estate at J.J. Elek Realtors in Woodbridge. Yvette's passion for exploring the world led her and her husband, Kay Morton Beron, to travel both within the USA and abroad. She found solace and inspiration in reading and writing poetry.

In her personal and family relationships, Yvette leaves behind cherished memories. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-laws, Sharon and John Villapiano, and Carol and Paul Viola. Yvette's grandchildren, Shawn and Ashley Metz, and Sabrina and Kenny Mynatt, brought immense joy to her life, as did her great-grandchildren, Madison, Cameron, and Sienna Metz. Yvette was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel and Morton Labes, her beloved husband Kay Morton Beron, her daughter Suzanne Beron, and her brother and sister-in-law, Newton and Bernice Beron.

Yvette's dedication to her community extended beyond her professional and personal life. She was an active member of Temple Emanuel Edison, where she found comfort and strength. In her leisure time, Yvette indulged in her hobbies, which included writing poetry, reading, and traveling. These activities allowed her to express her creativity and explore the world around her.

A private memorial service will be held for Yvette's family on February 3, 2024, to honor and celebrate her life.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to ALS or Lymphoma Leukemia research, causes that were close to Yvette's heart.

Yvette Marlene Beron will forever be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on through the memories she created and the lives she touched. May she rest in eternal peace.
