William Henry Morris, Jr.

William Henry Morris Jr., 62, of Long Branch, passed away on Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. He was born in Long Branch and raised in Eatontown and West Long Branch, where he attended Shore Regional H.S., West Long Branch and was a great place to grow up. Thank you mom and dad. He was the son of the late William Henry and Antonia (Ruiz) Morris. He is survived by his "little brother", Luis Morris, Santa Monica, CA; and "big sister", Carmen M. Gonzalez, Orlando, FL. Billy was a free spirit that enjoyed and loved his family and friends. He had great sense of humor and loved to laugh. Family, friends and acquaintances are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, 101 Chelsea Ave., at Second Ave., Long Branch. Repast will be held at the house of Mark Morehouse, 74 Victor Ave., West long Branch, NJ 07764, immediately following the Funeral Mass. Donations should be made as you wish for the expenses of services or to the homeless shelter in your area.
