Wayne R. Eckhoff, 69, of Brick, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026.

Wayne will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Leigh-Anne Lombardi; his daughter-in-law, Annie Lombardi; and his grandson, Cooper Lombardi; as well as his stepson, Stephen Smith; his daughter-in-law, Jennifer Smith; and his granddaughter, Jasmine Smith. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, niece, nephews, and lifelong friends. Wayne was predeceased by his wife of 31 years, Theresa “Terry” Eckhoff; his parents, George and Helen Eckhoff; and his brothers, Christopher and Richard Eckhoff.

Wayne spent more than 40 years working in property management and was the co-owner of Cozy Kitchen Café alongside his beloved wife, Terry. A very private, calm, and understanding man with a wonderful sense of humor, Wayne always offered thoughtful advice and quiet support to those he loved. He cherished his family above all else, and his steady presence will be deeply missed.

Wayne’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
