Valentine Walter Revelj

Valentine Walter Revelj, 91, resident of Leesburg, Florida, New Jersey native, passed away peacefully on April 17, with family at his side. Valentine was born on August 21, 1933, in Englewood, NJ, to Augustus and Anna Revelj. He met the love of his life, Audrey Revelj (formerly Benson) of Jersey City, NJ, in high school. The couple married in 1954, and lived a full life together. After serving in the National Guard of New Jersey with an honorable discharge from 1955 to 1958, he spent his career as a carpenter specializing in hardwood flooring. Valentine was a devoted family man, raising his two daughters in East Brunswick, NJ. He enjoyed his life to the fullest, traveling often and exploring the world.

Valentine was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Anna Revelj and Blanche Armstrong, as well as his wife, Audrey.

He is survived by his daughters Valerie Beirne (Michael), and Allison Wilson, his grandchildren, Mirinda Withrow (William), Nicole Ruiz (William), Corey Wilson, Christopher Beirne (Brooke), and Deanna Goldberg (Michael), and his great-grandchildren, Madalyn, Olivia, Madison, and Christopher Junior.

He will be deeply missed and remembered for his generous heart by all who knew him.

His family has chosen a private celebration of life. No public services will be held.
