Shirley Henderson

Shirley "Shiryl" Henderson, 56, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 30, 2026. Shiryl was born on October 15, 1970 in Flemington, New Jersey, to Kenneth Hughes and Diana Stapleton (McCoy). She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose memory will live on through the people who meant the most to her.

Her greatest pride and joy was her family. She leaves behind her three children, Tiffany Puccio and her husband, Andrew; Marissa Henderson and her fiancé, Ryan; and Jacob Henderson; along with her three grandchildren, Destinee, Ashton, and Wyatt. Shiryl is also survived by her sisters, Sharon Schultz and Wendy Bishop and many nieces and nephews who will cherish their memories of her.

She was predeceased by her mother, Diana Stapleton, and her sister, Helen Minor.

Shiryl enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. She loved singing, dancing, watching movies, and spending time at the boardwalk. Country music and a good song could always bring her joy, and she never needed much of a reason to dance. These were the little things that made Shiryl who she was and created memories her loved ones will carry with them forever.

Though her time here was far too short, the love she gave and the memories she created will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
