SallyAnn (Creevy) Schanck, 69 of Colts Neck, NJ passed away peacefully on July 9th 2026 at Centrastate Medical Center, Freehold, NJ surrounded by her husband and family.
Sallyann Schanck was born on February 5th, 1957 in Long Branch, NJ to George and Colleen (Harris) Creevy. After attending Marlboro High School she lived in North Carolina and New Orleans before returning to New Jersey. She worked at the Lincroft Post Office for a short time, then remaining employed at Hemlock Hill Farm for 38 years. SallyAnn was passionate for caring for anything or anyone in need, but mostly stray and feral cats that were on the farm. Some wandering strays and some that we knew were dropoffs. She loyally took care for all. Most knew her for being caring, gentle and kind. She had a big sense of humor and completely did not like the hate we see in the world today. She enjoyed time with her house cats and especially with Maggie the Pembroke Corgi at Hemlock Hill Farm.
SallyAnn is survived by her loving husband and best friend of forty-two years, Bart Schanck,her Mother and Father in-laws Linda and Stanley Schanck Jr., her siblings Vincent Creevy and his wife Barbara, Violet Squillante and Diane Karlowski. Also Sharon Eichin, Susan and Ed Wheeler, Stanley Schanck III, Nieces Chantel Tutor, Ronda Olfano, Sandy Kolankowski, Gabrielle Creevy, Courtney Eichin, Lyndsay Friehofer, Lauren Morris, Kelly Pape and Kaitlynne Raba. Nephews Kyle Eichin, Myke Karlowski and Lee Schanck and multiple grand nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Geoge and Colleen Creevy and Brother in-law Dan Squillante.

SallyAnn will be missed by all who knew her and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
