Ryan James Mckenna

Ryan James McKenna passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Ryan was born in Queens, NY and grew up in Brick, NJ.

Ryan is pre-deceased by his mother, Lisa Pedersen who passed away in 2020. Ryan is survived by his daughter, Kylie Suydam, father, James McKenna, sisters, Kelly McKenna and Kristen McKenna, and his nephews, Brandon, Tyler, Makih and Jayden.

Ryan’s passion was trucks - any kind of trucks – when he was younger he had the complete Tonka fleet. Ryan was never so proud as when he got his Commercial Drivers License in 2018 which allowed him to go to work for Interstate Waste Services driving a garbage truck, among other trucks, and he absolutely loved it.

Growing up Ryan also loved building things. He was so happy when he built his mother a table and cabinet. Ryan also loved to do landscaping work and he was really good at it. Ryan was always very handy; he could do almost anything or he would learn and catch on really quick.

Ryan also loved spending time talking to his nephews; he always wanted them to know that he loved them a lot.
