Ruth C. Black

Ruth C. Black was born in Newark, NJ to Arthur and Claire Krepper. Ruth Black is predeceased by her parents, her brother, Richard Krepper, and her beloved husband, Thomas Black III, a former Sea Girt, NJ mayor. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Barbara Krepper, Wall, NJ, a nephew, Jeff Krepper, Panama City, Florida, two nieces, Karen Krepper, Norfolk, VA and Julia with her husband, Bobby Clayton, Jackson, NJ, and Thomas Black’s son and daughter-in-law, Thomas IV and Arlene Black from Placida, FL. Donations may be made in Ruth’s memory to Popcorn Park Zoo or the ASPCA. At her request, funeral services will be private.
