Robert Art Lasley

Robert A. Lasley, age 85, Toms River, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends at Jersey Shore University Medical Center Meridian Hospice, Neptune on June 5, 2015. Surviving are his beloved wife, Judith Lasley; his children Susan Price, Alison White, Beth Lab, and Ross Lasley. Also step-children Patty Humes and Dan McGinn. He had 12 grandchildren and an older brother John Lasley. Bob was a graduate of Phillips Academy, Andover, MA and Yale University, New Haven, CT. He served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was an executive with General Foods for 20 years. Later he ran his own manufacturing company, Stephenson Industries in Farmingdale NJ for 25 years retiring in 1998. He was an avid boater, boat builder, golfer, and woodworker. He was a great husband, dad, grandad, and friend and will be missed by all. Private services will take place on the beach in Silverton, NJ Thursday June 11, 2015 for family and friends.
