Philip passed away suddenly on April 21, 2014 which was his 41st wedding Anniversary. He was the Son, Father, Uncle and Umpa that most people strive to be. His hearty laugh and quick wit made him an individual you were proud to be a friend of. Phil was born and raised in Sea Girt where he was a former member of the fire company and life guard. He was a 38 year member of the Manasquan ELKS lodge #2534. Phil's passion was Golf though he was competitive in everything he did. He was a proud member of The Golf Club of New Jersey where he made many close friends. Phil enjoyed camping in NJ and PA with his camping crew (you know who you are). He worked in the filter industry for over 32 years and his customers were very important to him as he always tried to keep everyone happy. Phil will be remembered by his family's friends as "The most handsome man in the world."Phil was predeceased by his father, George "Ward" Brash and his father-in-law Harold C. Musgrave, Jr.Phil is survived by his wife, Laura Musgrave Brash, his mother, Helen "GA" Brash, his children, Danielle and Jason Krause, Clarke Brash and Scott Brash. his grandchildren Thomas Krause, Logan Brash and Carson Brash. his brother George and Aimee Brash, nephew Gregory and Alison Brash and niece Heather and Sean Thomas.
