Paul Stewart Oliver

Paul Stewart Oliver, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center in New Brunswick,NJ. He was born in Neptune, lived most of his life in Wall, NJ, more recently residing in Lakewood, NJ. Paul had been raised and employed in the family boating business at the Shark River Marina, Neptune NJ and Barnaget Bay Boat Sales in Toms River, NJ. and his more recent employment being with Community Surgical Supply in Toms River, NJ He had been an active member of St Pauls United Methodist Church in Brick, NJ for many years and in more current years, Hamilton United Methodist Church in Neptune,NJ. He was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Maxine Oliver and is survived by his wife, Patricia and their combined five children- Melissa Oliver Currado and her husband, John Currado. Robert DeNardo Jr, Abbey and Nicholas Taylor, Erin DeNardo and Courtney DeNardo and her fianc, William Resnyk II. along with 8 grandchildren who adored him.. John-Paul( 8) and Natalie(3) Currado of Palm Harbor, Fla, Brayden (11), Makena(9) and Kai Noa(6) Taylor, Sophia(8) and Jake(6) DeNardo, and newly born Raegan Resnyk (2 weeks) Paul is also survived by his brother, Robert Oliver of Barnegat,NJ , Mark and Glenna Oliver of Bethel, Me., Nancy and Hendrick Vejlstrupt of Pittsburgh,Pa and his 6 nieces and nephews-BobJr, Kevin,Karen,Katie,Philip,Caitlin and their families along with his former wife, Lisa Marmion-Oliver. Paul was an organ donor and through the Sharing Network provided 7 recipients another chance at life thru his great gift. Services will be held to honor Pauls life at Hamilton United Methodist Church, 858 Old Corlies Ave in Neptune, NJ on Tuesday, July 31st at 7pm followed by a private burial . He will be greatly missed by all. Services are entrusted to Jersey Shore Cremation Service, 36 Broad Street, Manasquan, NJ.
