Patricia Mary Gross Kolb

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Patricia Mary Gross Kolb.

Mom was 88 and passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, February 25. Patricia was born in Staten Island and grew up in Belmar, NJ as a member of St. Rose Parish. She married and raised her family in Belmar before moving and finally settling in Pine Beach, NJ. Mom was an exceptional self taught artist, a lover of nature and a bit of a hoarder (but only the good stuff, as she called it). She was not perfect and life wasn't always easy, but her heart was full. Pat was strong, proud, and an extremely hard working woman. She is loved and will be deeply missed.

Patricia (Pat) was predeceased by her husband John A. Kolb, her sister, Harriet Kerr, her grandson, Kevin Kolb and both parents, John and Harriet Gross.

She is survived by her sister Carol McDonald, and her children, Michael Kolb, John Kolb, Bill Kolb, James Kolb, Missy Sabino, Carole Fornicola, Matthew Kolb, Jason Johnson and their spouses. Pat also leaves behind 18 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Patricia will be cremated with a celebration of life to follow at a later date.
