Nancy Elliott Caron

December 25, 1952 — July 30, 2019

Nancy Elliott Caron, 66, went home to be with the Lord on July 30, 2019 at her home in Brick NJ. Nancy was born December 25, 1952 in Neptune NJ to Dolores B. Elliott and Richard J. Elliott Jr. and grew up in Tinton Falls NJ. She graduated with a degree from Monmouth College in 1973. She went on to attend Brookdale College and graduated in 1976 with a degree in nursing. She worked for 43 years in many different specialties of nursing before settling into hospice admissions with the Visiting Nurses Association. Nancy loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She loved to spend time outdoors, to sing, ride horses and ski. She was a faithful servant of God and was greatly involved in the church. She sang in the choir, participated in the womans ministry, Sunday school, and led the Vacation Bible School. She was a great inspiration to many and was always there to help in any way she could. She was an amazing selfless person, beautiful on the inside and out. Nancy is predeceaced by her parents. She is survived by her sister Suzanne E. Elliott, her brother J. Richard Elliott III, and her children, Michele L. Merklin and her husband Edward M. Merklin, Christine E. Allen and her husband Sean T. Allen, Shawn M. Caron and Eric L. Caron. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Kailey Merklin , Brielle Merklin, Zachary Merklin, Morgandy Allen, Riley Allen, and Emily Allen. A service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 31st. at Ocean County Memorial Park, 1722 Silverton Rd, Toms River. Please send any condolences to www.JerseyShoreCremation.com, thank you
