Marilyn J. Bialas
Manasquan - Marilyn entered Eternal Life on November 20, 2018 after a short illness. She was born May 2, 1934, at St. Peter's Hospital, New Brunswick, to Mary and Joseph Nemeth. She was a lifelong resident of Manasquan and was a member of the MHS Class of 1952. She was employed at Fort Monmouth, where she met her husband, Eugene G. Bialas of Chicago. They were married in 1956 at St. Denis Church, where Marilyn was a Communicant her entire life.
She was a loving wife to Eugene for more than 60 years, and a devoted mother to their seven children: Michael; Annette (husband John Cook, sons Chris and Alex); Theresa (husband Harold Pena, son Blaise, daughter Tessa); Mark (wife Laura, daughter Gabrielle); Matthew (wife Debi); Martin (wife Jill, son Jake, daughter Emily); and Marshall. Marilyn was also a proud great-grandmother to Lucy Jayne Bialas and Emmy Jayne Van Hoof.
Marilyn enjoyed sitting on the beach, reading, needlework, and was very active assisting at St. Denis School.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Denis Church, Manasquan, on December 1 at 11 a.m.
