Marie S Fisher

Marie S. Fisher, 86 Marie (Mimi), passed away on Tuesday, July, 6 after a long illness. She was born and raised in Franklin, NJ and has been a resident of Brick Twp. for the past 35 years. Marie was an insurance agent with Conover & Beyer in Wall Twp. before retiring. Marie loved to knit and crochet and most importantly, loved to play golf with her husband at Lakehurst Naval Base. In 1996, at the age of 61, she hit her first hole-in-one at Pine Ridge Golf Club. In addition she was an avid sports fan to her many grandchildren during their sports games. Marie loved watching old westerns and game shows. Marie was predeceased by her husband Barry Joel Fisher, and most recently her eldest son Christian M. Fisher. She is survived by her children: Kevin Fisher and wife Jan of Great Falls, MT, her daughters, Karen Holmes and husband Steven of Brick, Laurie Sperduti of Brick and by her youngest son Barry Fisher, Jr and wife Jane of Cincinnati, OH. Marie is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Peggy Fisher of Howell, NJ. Grandma was loved and wiil be greatly missed by her grandchildren: Christopher, Melissa, Jessica, Tosha, Tyler, Jeremy, Alex, Alyssa, Peggy, Joe, Michael, Rebecca, Sara and lastly by her 11 Great Grand Children. Services are private, however please feel free to make a donation to St. Judes Hospital or Ocean County Animal Shelter in her name. Thank you for being you Grandma!
