Kenneth E. Rubsam

Kenneth E. Rubsam, 72, passed away on September 6, 2018, after a long battle with cancer. Kenneth was born November 24, 1945 in Newark, NJ to Kenneth and Isabel Rubsam. Ken grew up in Irvington NJ, where he graduated Irvington High School and then attended Upsala College. Ken owned and operated several bars and Restaurants, including "The Brook Tavern" in Vailsburg Newark and "The Family Tree" in Wall Township. He is survived by his sister Mary Scardilli, his niece and nephew, and his loving companion, Aimee Gaynor.
