Kathleen "Kitty" Zipf

Kathleen Louise "Kitty" Zipf (née Coyle), age 91, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2025, at Tower Lodge Wall, New Jersey. Born on April 14, 1933, in Newark, New Jersey to Bridget and Patrick Coyle. Kitty was a graduate of the Sacred Heart School of Nursing in Newark, and worked as a Registered Nurse for several years at Point Pleasant Hospital. She lived many years in Brielle with her family, raising her three children.

She is survived by her son Sean and her grandchildren Kim, Camille, Corey, Lissette, Rebel, Layla, Shannon, and Mike, and sister Eileen. She was predeceased by her children Katie and Ted; her brothers John, Jim, Patrick, and Ed; and her sisters Ann, Sally, and Peg. Kitty enjoyed reading, going for walks, traveling, and movies. She was a beautiful person and will be remembered as a great mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend.

Services are entrusted to Jersey Shore Cremation, 43 Taylor Avenue, Manasquan, NJ.
