Justin D. Rizzolo 23 of Brick Township passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Friends are invited Saturday, August 30, 2014 at the Lacey United Methodist Church, 203 Lacey Rd., Forked River from 9:30 am to 10:30. Funeral Services will start at 10:30am.
