Joseph "Jay" Kujawa IV

Joseph “Jay” Kujawa IV, of Brick Township passed away on June 5, 2026 at the age of 67.

Jay was a diehard fan of both Notre Dame and the New York Giants.

He is survived by his daughter, his brother, Doug, who took care of him in his final days, his sister, Lynne, his nieces and nephews, as well as many other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.

Jay is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mary Kujawa, his brother, Danny, and many other loved ones.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jay's name to the American Cancer Society.
