Joseph S. Giglio - Holmdel

Joseph Salvatore Giglio, 83, of Holmdel, passed away on July 3, 2013 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. He was born in Buffalo, NY and after traveling the world in the U.S. Army settled in New Jersey. Joe was a long-time member of the U.S. Army and was also a U.S. Marine. He served in WW2 and the Korean War. He worked at Brockway Glass and PVC in Eatontown for many years upon his retirement from the military. He was predeceased by his wife Emmi Giglio in 2006 and his son, Perry Giglio in 2009 and his parents Ida and Salvatore Giglio. Surviving are his son Joseph and his wife Cassandra of Greenville, S.C., his daughter Peggy DiMicelli and her husband Daniel of Middletown; his daughter Carol and her husband William Rice of Long Branch; his grandchildren Jasmine Giglio, Jonta' Giglio, Joseph DiMicelli, Danielle DiMicelli and great-granddaughter Jayla Earles. A private service will be held on Monday, July 8th
