Joseph F. Cappadona

Joseph Francis Cappadona , age 64 peacefully left this earth to go home to God on January 3, 2018. Joe grew up in Keansburg, where he was a student and parishioner of St. Annes. He was also a proud member of the Mater Dei class of 72. While in school Joe was a fierce Seraph warrior and excelled at both football and baseball. After graduating Joe traveled the world and spent time living in Europe and Africa. When he returned home he met and married the love of his life, Doreen. Joe was an assistant administrator at the Beachview I.C.F., a business his family owned for many years. He also continued his familys passion and legacy for horses as the owner and trainer of Red Diamond Ridge Farm racing stable. Joe had a zest for life and an appetite for fun ensuring all who where with him had a good time. Above all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. Joe went barreling through the gates of heaven and into the arms of his beloved daughter Joan. He is resting peacefully now with her, as well as his parents Francis and Helen, and his brother Mikey. Joe leaves behind his wife Doreen Cappadona, his daughter Jessica Cappadona, his grandchildren Isabella, Santino Joseph, and Mya, his sisters Donna and Laura Cappadona, his brother in law Daniel Sullivan, his sister in law Laraine Levy, his nieces and nephews, and his companion the family dog Eleanor. Joe will be loved and missed by his family all the days of their lives. Services were held privately for immediate family.
