Jedediah G. Callinan

Born November 3, 1989 Jedediah George Callinan was a graduate of Henry Hudson Regional High School and a former Sandy Hook Park Ranger. Jed was known by many as polite and kind, known by many more as a fantastic skateboarder. He was sponsored by skate shops from an early age, got his pictures in magazines and put videos on the internet. He was a fixture at local skate parks and mentored many children on how to skateboard. He passed away on October 4, 2015 and is survived by his father Kerry Callinan, his mother Jill Callinan, three sisters Sara, Emily, and Katelynn, two aunts, two uncles and two cousins. A service will be held for him Saturday October 24 at 10:00 a.m. at the New Life Christian Church, Bay Avenue in Highlands.
