James T. Johnson Sr.

James T. Johnson Sr., 63, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on May 5, 1962, James dedicated his life to his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who cherished every moment with those closest to him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Theresa Johnson; his children, Matthew, Jonathan, Amber, and Deanna; his stepson, Keith; and his daughter-in-law, Christine. He was a proud grandfather to Gavin, Kiera, Aria, Shealynn, Alessia, Grayson, and Larson, each of whom brought him immense happiness. He also leaves behind his loyal companion and best friend, his dog Chester.

James was preceded in death by his son, James T. Johnson Jr., whom he loved deeply and is now reunited with.

He will be remembered for his steady presence, his dedication to his family, and the lasting impact he had on those who knew him.

In accordance with his wishes, no funeral services will be held. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
