James R. Duncan

James R. Duncan, Jr, 68, of Eatontown, NJ, passed away on January 13, 2018 at Monmouth Medical Center. James was a Vietnam Veteran serving from 69-71 with United States Army. Once discharged, he was a member of the National Guard in Freehold. He was a retired Corrections Officer after 18 years of service and a member of the DAV, Chapter 85. James loved to bowl and play darts. He loved to play with his grandson and spend time with family and friends. James is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Helen Duncan, his son James Duncan III of Eatontown, daughter Crystal Tomaino and her husband Greg of Eatontown, his grandson Vincent Tomaino, his sister Joyce Bossick and her husband Butch of Howell and his sister in law Diane Ennis and her husband Jack of Ocean Twsp. A memorial service will be held after his cremation. Details are not yet known.
