Frances C. Haines, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2026, at the age of 92. Born on December 20, 1933, in Newark, New Jersey, she was the cherished daughter of John and Edna Loew. Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William; her parents, John and Edna Loew; and her brothers, Robert Loew and John Loew II. She is survived by her loving daughter, Diane Fuschetti; her stepson, William M. Haines; and her adored grandson, Scott Fuschetti.

A private service will be held to honor her life and memory. Frances will be remembered for her warmth, sense of humor, and the kindness she extended to everyone around her. Her comforting presence and bright smile will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
