Donald Richard Amann

Donald Richard Amann was born on January 8, 1934, in Newark, NJ. He was a machine shop foreman at JR Smith in Piscataway, NJ a majority of his life and also worked as a machinist in Alpha, NJ. He lived in many places, before retiring to Point Pleasant in 1991, where he enjoyed many years of fishing and walking. He was a huge Miami Dolphin fan, loved to read Steven King and James Paterson. He is survived by His wife Mildred Amann of 65 years. His children Donald Amann Jr. And wife Linda Amann of Alpha,NJ His son Lawrence Amann and wife Judy Amann of Colechester CT His daughter Patricia Smutek and husband Mark Smutek of Springville NY, and his son Steven Amann of Phillipsburg, NJ, his 5 grandchildren Jill Foley husband Michael, Jennifer Smutek, Mark Smutek Jr., Jonathan Smutek wife Kristin, Donald III and 10 great-grandchildren, Michael, Mackenzie & Haley Foley, Daniel Smutek, Ella & Cora Smutek Eliana, Peyton, Donald IV, Austin Michael Amann.
