David F. Brewster

David F. Brewster, 68 of Wall Township, beloved husband of Christine (Mickey) Brewster, died Friday, July 14, 2017 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. He was born January 21, 1949 in Glen Ridge and was a lifelong resident of New Jersey. David was a Vietnam Era Veteran of the USAF. He was an avid reader and a New York Yankees fan. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Jordan Patrick Brewster and his wife Corinne of Randolph, NJ and Jamieson Kenyon Brewster of Wall, and by his grandchildren, Katie and Luke. He is also survived by his sister, the Reverend Elizabeth Habecker of Bristol, RI.He was predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Elizabeth Brewster, and his godfather, Robert Dare. David enjoyed many happy times at the Dare Farm in Tranquility and loved playing baseball, basketball and especially frisbee.His friends and family will miss his conversation and analysis on any number of topics and his wry sense of humor.
