Charles L. Stavish, 62, Beloved Son of Leo and Dolores Stavish, passed away Tuesday, November 17th at his South River home. Charlie was born November 4, 1953 at Fort Jackson in Colombia, SC. Shortly after his birth he moved to NJ where he resided until his death. His lifelong residence in EB and SR allowed him to stay close to his roots. Charlie was a retired member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Millwright Local 715. Millwrights like Charlie are experts of precision performing mission critical work thru out the United States.
Charlie's passion was enjoying Nature while fishing and hunting with his buddies. He had many friends and family dear to his heart and always welcomed news of events happening in all our lives. Most recent news this past year was his sons success story and marriage.
Charles is survived by his parents Leo and Dolores Stavish, Del Ray Beach, Florida, his son Charles Jr. and Emily Stavish, California and his loving sisters, Pamela and Robert Sharkey, Hilton Head, SC., Elizabeth and John Ervin, Brielle, NJ and many nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held.
We thank you for all the prayers being sent out to our Lord on behalf of Charlie's everlasting soul in heaven. He will be greatly missed, but we will always have wonderful memories to cherish.
