Charles Louis Myers

Charles Louis Myers, 80, of Holmdel, formerly of Little Silver, passed away Sunday March 2, 2014 at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel. He had been injured during Hurricane Sandy and never fully recovered. Mr. Myers was a 1952 Graduate of Red Bank Regional HS and a 1956 Graduate of Lafayette College, Easton, PA. He also served 6 years in the US Army stationed primarily in Tokyo, Japan. His favorite pastimes were horse racing at Monmouth Park and spending time with his fraternity brothers from Lafayette College. Charles was predeceased by his wife Donna H Myers in 2011 and brother Dale Myers (of Winter Park, FL) in 1999. He leaves behind a son, Chip, a daughter in law, Kim, and his beloved grandson Dylan. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th. 11 am at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 112 Middletown Rd, Holmdel. Condolences may be left at, www.jerseyshorecremation.com
