Charles D. Kojsza

Charles "Charlie" Kojsza of Old Bridge passed away on June 3, 2021, at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, Charlie grew up in Edison but eventually called the Bayshore area home. As the owner of C & M Auto Body in Keyport, he loved everything about cars. Auto racing was a passion of his, and Charlie was heavily involved with several up & coming race car drivers at Wall Stadium in the 70's and 80's. Charlie enjoyed a life of many talents that included fabricating custom cars, wood working, painting, stained glass artistry, motorcycle riding and flying single engine planes. His dedicated membership / involvment in many community organizations and charities will truly be missed. Charlie is survived by his wife of 61 years, Maryann (Lucina) and his four children: Denise Kojsza of Old Bridge, Lori Wolf and her husband Garry of Hazlet Township, Charles Kojsza and his wife Dannielle of Hazlet Township, and Theresa Kojsza of Holmdel. Also missing their "Pop-Pop" are his grandchildren: Steven, Rachael, Lindsay, Krista, Aliyah, Ian, Jayda, Keeley and Nikolas, and great-grandchildren: Logan, Lenox, and Delilah. A private family memorial gathering in celebration of Charlie's life is planned for this summer.
