Charles Richard Farrar AGE: 55 • Ocean Grove Charles Richard Farrar, 55, of Ocean Grove, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2013, at his home. Born in Fort Monmouth, Eatontown, Charlie was a graduate of Ocean Township High school and recently retired as a longtime security guard at the Riverview Towers, Red Bank. He was a lifelong ham radio buff, a lover of small animals and a special friend to his older neighbors. He is predeceased by his mother, Gloria; and his grandparents, Angelo and Alfreida Liaci. He is survived by his aunt, Rosemary Liaci Grogan and her husband Jim of Port Charlotte, FL. Private services will be held in Florida.
