Cathy Ann Vasilenko

CATHY A. VASILENKO 57 of Brick Township formerly of Clifton passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015 after a brief illness. Cathy was born in Passaic and lived in Clifton her entire life before retiring to Greenbriar three years ago. She worked for Crawford and Company, Fairfield as a supervisor in insurance claims for 28 years. She was a life long member of Holy Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Garfield where she also served on many committees. After relocating to Bricktown, she became a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Point Pleasant. Cathy was pre-deceased by her parents; Nicholas and Helen Handzo Vasilenko. Surviving are her brother; David and his wife Gail Vasilenko of Spring Lake Heights, her nephews; Nicholas and his wife Amanda, Alex and Zack Vasilenko, In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to; Greyhound Friends of NJ or www.curePC.org in her memory. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at George Washington Memorial Park, 234 Paramus Road, Paramus, 07652. There will be no calling hours.
