Beatrice Friedman

Beatrice Florence Rudd Levinson Bock Friedman, daughter of Jack(1960) and Sadie(1973), wife of Victor(1980), Sister of Annette(2008), beloved mother of Michael and Dennis (August 24, 2015), grandmother of Jason, Keith, Shawn, Eric(12/1/2006), and great grandmother of Reece, Samantha, Benjamin, and Andrew, died peacefully on December 21, 2016 at Applewood Estates. She was 92. Independent, strong willed, intelligent, open, responsible, hard working, honest and loving, she led her life on her own terms and never followed the crowd. Weathering many personal storms and never complaining, she was able to create a good life for herself. She loved to read, to dance, and to connect with friends. Her love of travel led her to visit countries around the world from North and Central America to Europe, Russia, North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Her loving gift was to raise two sons to be independent, open-minded, responsible, honest, loving, caring and spiritual adults. Her ashes will be scattered in the sea she loved.
