Ana Julia Arboleda

August 9, 1937 — April 23, 2026

Middletown, NJ

It’s with a very heavy heart that I share the passing of my beautiful and beloved mother.

My mom Ana Julia Arboleda was born in Armenia, Colombia on August 9, 1937 to Laura Rosa Arboleda. She came to the USA in 1978. She gave birth to her only daughter in February of 1980.

My mom was a very kind and generous person and she helped so many people in her life, that I know she did gods will and everything she needed to do on this earth. She was a very hard worker and she worked at the Presbyterian Church in Westfield for over 20 years as a housekeeper, she was also school bus aide at Loori Bus Company in Middletown after she retired.

She was a single mother and she worked 12 hour days to put a roof over our heads and food on the table. She was a great mother and she guided me to make the some of the right and best decisions for my life.

She was also a great grandmother and they all called her Ita, she loved her grandchildren more than life itself and she was very proud of them and everything they did!

Ana is survived by her daughter Laura Carolina Zamor, her son in law Handy Zamor, her 3 grandchildren Carlos Zamor, Andrew Zamor and Julie Zamor, her Sister Rosario Arboleda, her sister Lucy Lammers, her brother Manuel Arboleda and her sister Aida Arboleda.

Rest easy mami...

She will be missed by everyone that knew her.
