Albert F. Emmons, 90, of Neptune City passed away on July 16, 2022 at home. He was born and raised in Fair Haven, where he resided until he joined the Army and served during the Korean War. After he came home from Korea, he married his wife, Marie. They were residents of Bradley Beach, and then Neptune City. In addition to raising three children, Albert and Marie were foster parents to eighty-three children, over a period of seventeen years. Albert worked for Pilot Electric for his entire professional career of 46 years. He enjoyed many hobbies including bicycling, roller skating and woodworking, known for his Adirondack chairs. Predeceased by his wife, Marie (2015). Albert is survived by children Kathy Cagney, James Emmons and his wife Lisa and Sandra Hoecker and her husband David, all of Neptune City. He is also survived by his grandchildren Michael, Maria (Matt), Kelly (Mike), Josh (Kathy), Kayce and DJ (Miranda); great grandchildren Malik, Caleb, Julie, Kyle, Ryan, Zoe, Icarus, Rufio and Noah. There were no services, per Albert's request. There will be a celebration of life at a later date. See you later, Dad!
