Adam Garcia

July 24, 1988 — September 4, 2025

Adam Garcia Age 37, of Brick, New Jersey, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 4, 2025, in the presence of his family.

Adam was born on July 24, 1988, to parents Michele and Frank, and grew up in Vernon, New Jersey. He graduated from Blair Academy, where he excelled both academically and athletically, especially on the lacrosse field. He went on to earn his undergraduate degree and juris doctor from Boston College.

Adam was a core member of Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C., and a partner in its Real Estate,Redevelopment, and Construction Law Group. At just 37, he had earned statewide recognition—including honors from Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers—as a skilled real estate and construction litigator and trusted counselor. He managed an extraordinarily busy schedule with calm ease, pairing laser focus and inventive problem solving with an easy manner and kindness to everyone. Among colleagues, he was affectionately known as “the Adamizer” for finding a path to victory even in cases that seemed unwinnable. He will be deeply missed by his colleagues and clients.

Adam’s love for his family was at the heart of everything he did. As a cherished son and brother, he found joy in family vacations—especially yearly trips to Aruba—as well as spontaneous adventures like Formula One races with his sister, Gabby. A devoted son, he never missed his daily phone calls with his mom on his way home from the office and treasured weekly dinners with his in-laws and nieces, traditions that kept him deeply connected to those

he loved.

Above all, Adam was a devoted husband to Valarie and a loving father to their two-year-old daughter, Reed. Some of his happiest moments were the simplest—Saturday mornings at the park with Reed, followed by bringing coffee home to Valarie. The best part of his day was ending each night by reading his daughter a book at bedtime with Val by his side. Together, he

and Valarie built a life rooted in love, cherishing summer days at their favorite beach in Point Pleasant where he had proposed. They also shared a passion for cooking; frequent shoppers at Joe Leone’s, they delighted in preparing beautiful meals side by side, savoring not only the food but the joy of creating a home and a life together. Adam especially loved bringing everyone

together around the table to make homemade pizzas, a simple tradition that reflected his gift for turning everyday moments into memories.

One of Adam's most remarkable qualities was his extraordinary ability to build meaningful connections and lasting friendships at every stage of his life—during his youth, throughout college, and in his professional career. His genuinely caring and thoughtful nature had a magnetic quality that naturally drew people closer to him. With a generous heart, Adam often gave freely to his friends and family without ever expecting anything in return.

Adam is survived by his wife, Valarie; his daughter, Reed; his parents, Michele and Frank; and his sister, Gabby.
