Francis Delorenzo

Francis DeLorenzo passed away peacefully on October 16th, leaving behind a lifetime of kindness, laughter, and simple joys. He is survived by his beloved sister, Nancy DeLorenzo , and will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.

Francis was loved by many for his gentle spirit and easy smile. A true music lover, he could often be found enjoying a good vinyl record — especially on a Saturday afternoon when his tunes were blasting throughout the apartment. He had cherished his walks in the park and the camaraderie of his “shop friends,” at C&G where good company and conversation were always part of the day.

Francis is now reunited in heaven with his parents, Rose and Salvatore DeLorenzo , and we know he’s up there listening to Led Zeppelin maybe even “Stairway to Heaven”, smiling and at peace.

A celebration of Francis’s life will be held in the Spring of 2026 , where his ashes will be spread in the ocean, where the tides will carry him gently, and he will forever be part of the sea...eternal, boundless, and free.

He will be missed — but never forgotten.
